This site, including its trade marks, logos, design, text and graphics, is owned by and remains the property of Church Urban Fund. We may include some third party copyright materials, which remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms of use shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, copyright or other right of Church Urban Fund or any third party.
Use of materials
Where we have indicated that you may download materials from this site, you may only download and use them as indicated, or to raise awareness about Church Urban Fund and Seeds of Hope 2008. You may not download or use any element of this site for personal gain or commercial purposes.
You may not copy, transmit, store or disseminate any element of this site, unless we have clearly indicated. You may not alter, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of any software contained on this site.
Responsibility for use
To the extent permitted at law, Church Urban Fund does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with this site, including any interruption, delays, virus or other problem with this site. All software provided by third parties (such as Acrobat Reader and ) is the sole responsibility of that third party.
Church Urban Fund is not responsible for the content of any third party sites linked to or from this site.
Governing law
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Church Urban Fund reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. You will be bound by any such revisions and should therefore visit this page from time to time to review the terms of use.
Ordering of Resources
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed for materials relating to Seeds of Hope and other Church Urban Fund activities (in addition to the Terms of Use, which apply to the use of the site generally). By placing an order for goods you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
We advise you to print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. Please note that we may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check them each time you use our online ordering services.
How to order
To order resources and materials from Church Urban Fund through the Church Urban Fund or Seeds of Hope website, you need to complete and submit the relevant order form. Once you have submitted the form, you will see a page confirming that we have received your order. Your order will be despatched within the time stated on this screen. Your order is an offer to receive the goods based on these terms and conditions. Resources should only be ordered for the specific purpose for which they are provided by the Church Urban Fund.
The supply of resources and materials ordered is subject to availability. Whilst we always try to inform you if any resources and materials are unavailable before you place and order, we cannot always do this. If this happens you will be informed by email or telephone.
To the extent permitted at law, Church Urban Fund does not accept responsibility or liability for any negative consequences that may occur in connection with unfulfilled orders as a result of unavailability of stock or items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Postage and Packaging
Where stated, Church Urban Fund reserves the right to charge for the cost of postage and packaging of resources.
Donations and payment
We welcome online donations made for materials and resources ordered and upon completion of relevant fundraising activities. We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express and Electron). Payment can be made by clicking the Donate Now button on the Seeds of Hope or Church Urban Fund websites. Payment is managed through the efundraising service provided by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) and WorldPay on behalf of the Church Urban Fund.
Delivery
From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within the time stated on the relevant online form (but please wait 2 additional working days before querying your order).
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is free. However, we reserve the right to request payment to cover the cost of delivery where the cost is excessive, particularly in the case of delivery beyond the UK or repeat orders of material lost or mislaid by the intended recipient.
Parcels will be dispatched either through Royal Mail or an alternative provider, dependent on the order’s weight. Larger deliveries will require a signature at receipt.
Children
Children taking part in Seeds of Hope need to have their sponsorship forms signed by a responsible parent/guardian to authorise their participation in the fundraising activity.
You may only order resources or materials through our online forms if you are 16 or over. If you are under 16 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to complete the ordering process.
Liability
Church Urban Fund shall not be liable if we are unable to carry out our obligations (including any delays) due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Church Urban Fund shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any business losses (including loss of profits, data anticipated savings goodwill or for wasted expenditure) you may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Church Urban Fund and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Online Sponsorship and Donation
The following terms and conditions of apply to all sponsorship or donation transactions given using the Seeds of Hope / Church Urban Fund online service.
All sponsorship is given on the basis that the individuals involved are attempting to complete a challenge or task; payment / charges are not conditional upon the challenge or task being completed.
All donations and sponsorships are non-refundable.
